Below you can find some of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to help you and your clients with your upcoming Real Estate Media package. If you have a question that you don’t see answered below, please feel free to Contact Us at any time!

We require a minimum turnaround time of 24 hours for photos and panoramas, and 48 hours videos and feature sheets. This time commences from the time we have completed the work on-site.

Nope, no one needs to be at the home, as long as there is a lock box or another means of entry for us. However, if you or the home owner feel more comfortable you are welcome stick around during the shoot.

If you happen to own pets, ensure that they are contained in a room that will not be photographed or the home owner is present to hold or move them. Our photographers will not enter homes with unattended loose pets and will reschedule the shoot at the agents expense.

Typically, mornings and early afternoons offer the best options since there are usually minimal people in the house and neighbourhood and the lighting is ideal.

Unfortunately no one can control the weather! Although everyone wants their pictures taken on a sunny day, overcast weather can actually result in some great photos. Inclement weather also does not prevent us from taking interior photos. If the weather causes problems for outside pictures, we will work with the homeowner or agent to reschedule the outdoor portion but the indoor photos will likely still proceed.

You will receive an email with instructions to download the photos in high resolution for maximum print quality. If you wish to use the photos for marketing purposes other than the sale of the actual home, please speak to us first.
